Laura's Venezuelan empanadas
Laura demonstrates how to create super tasty and delightful Venezuelan Empanadas - both meat and vegetarian - as part of our Stories & Supper 2024 recipes. Laura is from Venezuela. She joined Stories & Supper in 2018 as a volunteer and is now part of our team of trustees and photographer. She has photographed two of our books and runs workshops using photos as a therapeutic tool to create resilience. As well as being behind the camera for most of our cookery videos, she takes centre stage here to show you her favourite empanada recipe.
